How long will my item take to make?

You should allow around 3-4 weeks for standard designs and 6-8 weeks for bespoke/customised orders. This will be from placing the order until your item has been dispatched.

How will my item be posted?

Each package is posted out using tracked and signed for postage. Although delivery times are not guaranteed, UK delivery typically takes 2-3 days. Once posted, you will be provided with the tracking details. Each item will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery and will require a signature at it's destination.

Do you do bespoke/custom orders?

How do I store/ look after my item?

Each product is packaged in a luxury white box, with acid free tissue paper. When not in use, it's recommended to either hang out of direct sunlight to preserve shape and reduce creasing or store items in their original box, to prevent any damage. Veils can be steamed on a low setting.

Can I wash my item?

It is recommended that you do not wash your items, but if you need to remove any marks, use a damp cloth and leave to air dry.

Can my items be dry cleaned?

Due to the fabric and materials used, it's recommended that your items are not dry cleaned, so as to preserve the item longer.​ Ensure careful handling by keeping item clean and free from dust.
