Returns are not accepted, but if you have an issue with your order, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your delivery.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your item, please contact me by email within 7 days of receiving your delivery. Items will need to be posted back in their original, unused condition, within 14 days of delivery, in order to be exchanged.
Buyers are responsible for any return postage costs. I recommend using either Royal Mail Recorded Delivery (with sufficient compensation for the value of the contents) or an alternative delivery service. Please keep hold of your receipt as proof of postage. Items that are being returned must be packaged securely.
Once your item has been received, it can take up to 7 working days for your exchange to be processed and shipped. If the item is not returned in it's original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Bespoke/Customised Orders
Due to these items being made to order specifically for you, I do not accept returns or exchanges on bespoke/customised orders.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact me within 24 hours of purchase. Any cancellations after this time will not be processed.
